find calm amongst the currents.
“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced” Soren Kierkegaard.
Our approach
Our purpose is to help individuals achieve optimal mental and emotional health and relationship satisfaction, through the application of evidence-based psychotherapy. Using therapeutic techniques and a deep understanding of individual needs, we aim to achieve more than just symptom relief, but a meaningful and lasting positive change.
Our services
Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) is a highly effective therapeutic approach. It is an accelerated form of psychodynamic therapy which aims to help individuals to identify and resolve unconscious barriers to emotional expression and interpersonal intimacy, so that authenticity and closeness can become possible.
